A very nice hotel with an amazing view of the sunset above the ocean on your balcony! The room was huge, with a kitchen, microwave, dinner set, water boiler. It looked like a fully furnished apartment! The bathroom is big with a bath and shower. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a lift. The swimming pool is on the roof with a view of the ocean. Outwardly the hotel looks a bit old, but the rooms are modern and clean. Downstairs is a beach with rocks and sand and a garden to sit in. We loved it here!

I just go to see my friend who lives here. He seems happy. Great location. Especially if you sit downstairs in the afternoon & watch life go by. Very picturesque. Not much more I can say.

If you do not serious about luxury place or beautyful building or typically hotel services but you just wanna find a cleaned with sea view room and economic price, this is a hotel you must like! They provides all must-have facilities you need like serviced apartment, good wifi and all appliance such cable tv, water heater, refrigerator.

Old place, shabby room inside old appliances The table outside is rotten and cannot be seated. Dirty canvas bed The bathroom is very smelly. Soft water has rust stains throughout the room. Male employee who receives customers badly There is no security system. Every day in the late morning, there is a female housekeeper who collects sheets, pillowcases, and towels from guest rooms and comes to wash them in the small washing machine in front of the elevator. Then dry it next to the accommodation. If anyone walks in, the price will depend on how much the man waiting in front of the accommodation will charge. It's a little cheaper during the day. The evening will be more expensive. If it's evening, it will be even higher. The property looks like the owner rents it out on a daily basis. Not an accommodation business Because once the customer stays, they will just leave it behind. There is no one to clean the room if staying for more than one night. no breakfast far from restaurants The route to the accommodation at night is very secluded. People without cars will not be able to get in and out. If you're going to take a break, think carefully. There are many other places that are cheaper and better.

Came for the second time and still like this place. There is a large room with complete kitchen equipment, furniture, cabinets, a table and chairs for working and dining, a balcony with a view. The room has a very beautiful sea view. But the bathroom smells like pipes when in use. The room door is difficult to lock. But overall it's good.

I want to laugh at my friend who gave up his room and didn't come to stay just because of looking at it from the outside. Hahahahahahaha…… The room is spacious, the view is very good, the sea is very heart-warming. Outside of the hotel we overlooked it, but the atmosphere of the beach and rocks was outstanding. Yes, sir. Near a beautiful cafe Anyone looking for a place to stay in Bang Saen, I recommend this place as another place. P.S. Don't just look at the outside. Go take a look first and you'll know, hey!! It's too good.

Went to check in and reserved for 2 nights before coming and saw that some people had already reviewed it from the Lemon app and saw a beautiful view. *Not concerned about the old building. (Because I think it will get old in normal time) 606 went into the room. The room was very dirty. Don't know if it's cleaned or not? Oily hand stains (you can see they're hand prints) all over the bathroom door glass. The room is stuffy. The surrounding area of the building looks very unsafe. If you sleep, you probably won't be able to sleep. Decided not to stay and returned to the room. Met an employee with very bad service. Said I'd like it back. There was no question at all if there were any problems or anything. The face is very crooked. Plus they said to go ask for a refund from Agoda yourself, that's it, it's over. Very bad.
